01 / What cookies and similar technologies do

Session cookies generally expire when the browsing session ends. Persistent cookies remain for a specified period or until removed. The lifetime of an individual cookie is determined by the service that sets it and its current configuration.
02 / Necessary website functions
Necessary technologies may support Shopify hosting, security, session handling, and the delivery of configured storefront features. They can help detect abusive traffic or retain a setting needed for a feature the visitor requests.
A technology should not be described as necessary simply because a provider prefers to use it. The purpose and actual configuration determine its category. Disabling technologies needed by a feature may prevent that feature from working correctly.
03 / Preference technologies
Preference technologies may remember choices such as a language, region, or privacy selection where those features are enabled. They are used to preserve a selected experience rather than to establish a paid order or service agreement.
The custom LIRAMON project form validates the fields in the browser for the current interaction. It does not need an advertising identifier or a persistent browser profile to display its on-page confirmation.
04 / Optional analytics and advertising
If configured, analytics technologies may measure visits, page use, referral sources, or other usage information. Advertising technologies may help measure campaigns, build audiences, or connect activity across websites. These purposes are distinct from basic website delivery.
Optional tracking should be enabled only with the disclosures, choices, and consent required by the law that applies. The LIRAMON section code does not add an advertising pixel or a dedicated analytics integration. Shopify settings, installed apps, or separately added scripts can change the site’s behavior.
05 / External visual resources
The website presentation may load a font or graphics library from an external content delivery provider. A request for such a resource may disclose technical information, including an IP address, request time, browser information, and a referring page where the browser supplies it.
A resource request is not automatically the same as a tracking cookie. The provider’s current behavior and privacy terms determine whether additional identifiers are used. The live storefront should be checked before making a claim about the exact identifiers active on it.
06 / What determines the active cookies
The Shopify storefront configuration, enabled customer privacy features, installed apps, and any added scripts determine which cookies or identifiers are active. Their names, purposes, providers, and lifetimes can change when those services change.
This policy describes categories rather than asserting an unverified list of cookie names. An accurate cookie inventory should reflect the published storefront, including services loaded before and after any consent selection.
07 / Managing privacy choices
Where a cookie preference banner or privacy control is enabled, use it to accept, decline, or adjust optional categories. Necessary functions may remain active where permitted. If applicable law requires consent, optional services should not begin solely because a visitor continues to browse.
A cookie policy is an explanation, not a technical consent mechanism. The storefront’s customer privacy settings and the behavior of enabled apps need to implement the choices presented to visitors. If a control is missing or does not behave as expected, contact LIRAMON.
08 / Browser controls
Browsers usually allow you to view, block, or delete stored cookies and site data. Settings vary by browser and device. Blocking all cookies can affect sign-in, preferences, or other storefront features, even when the visitor does not intend to purchase anything.
Deleting browser data may remove a previously stored privacy choice. A new visit may therefore require that choice to be made again. A preference stored in one browser may not apply to a different device or browser.
09 / Changes and related information
This policy may be revised when storefront features or service providers change. The current effective and last-updated dates are shown above. Information about broader handling of personal information appears in the Privacy Policy.
